This policy applies to all digital courses, software services, and educational materials purchased from HLICE Software Development Services.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, returns are only eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Course access credentials or materials were not delivered after successful payment.
  • Technical issues prevent access that cannot be resolved by support.
  • Duplicate purchase made in error.

3. Requesting a Return or Exchange

  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Proof of payment

4. Processing Returns
