4. Payment
- Payments are accepted only via Visa, MasterCard, and JCB credit/debit cards.
- All prices are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Transactions are secured via encrypted payment gateways.
- No other payment methods are accepted unless explicitly stated.
5. Delivery
- Digital course materials are delivered via a secure, one-time-use link sent to your registered email upon payment confirmation.
- Physical certificates, if applicable, are shipped to your provided address with estimated delivery times of 2–4 weeks. Shipping fees may apply.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact and shipping details.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- Due to the digital nature of our products, no returns or refunds are accepted once the course is accessed, completed, and certificate delivered.
- Refund requests may be considered within 3 days of purchase only if less than 15% of the course content is accessed and no materials are downloaded.
- Course exchanges are not offered but transfer of access to another email may be arranged under specific conditions prior to course access.

- All course materials, content, and software provided are the intellectual property of HLICE Software Development Services and/or its licensors.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
8. User Conduct
